The term “mobile ice rink” has incorrectly adjusted in not native English speaking countries for “portable ice rink”, “temporary ice rink” as well as “seasonal ice rink”.

In German language the term “Mobile Eisbahn” or Dutch “mobiele ijsbaan” equates the English term “portable ice rink”. But the only actual mobile ice rinks I have ever heard of are on some cruise liners.

It seems to be, that for European continents ice rink distributors scene, the term “mobile ice rink” persisted eternally.
